Made to Order
All GLORYDAYS© products are handmade to order. This means your piece will be crafted specifically for you after you place your order. Current lead time is 3-5 working days for production before dispatch.
UK Delivery
EU Delivery
All EU orders ship via DHL European Express with 1-2 working days transit time. As our garments are UK-made, they ship on preferential origin. Customers are responsible for destination country taxes.
Note: Declined orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and tax costs are non-refundable.
Rest of World Delivery
Recipients are responsible for duties and taxes based on order value. We cannot mark down shipment values and must declare correct amounts as required by law.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, then an automated email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns
14-Day Returns
Shop with confidence knowing that we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns are accepted for refunds, store credit, and exchanges.
Return Conditions
- •Items must be in original, unworn condition
- •Folded carefully in our original recycled black garment bags
- •Original shipping is non-refundable
- •Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- •Returns with unpaid customs fees will be rejected
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 working days for inspection and processing.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. However, sizing exchanges and store credit are still available for sale purchases.

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us at hello@glorydaysclo.com and we'll arrange the exchange.
Perfect Fit Guaranteed
Before returning for size, consider our free alterations service. We can adjust sleeve length, hem length, waist, and more, all at no extra cost. It's part of our commitment to helping you find your perfect fit.
