Products & Production

Yes, our small production team based in Leeds, UK, make each and every single garment that leaves our atelier. (Apart from socks.)

Every single piece is handmade by our team in Leeds, England. We own and oversee every aspect of production, from cloth selection and pattern making to final stitching.

We source the finest materials from around the world, including premium cotton twills, full grain leathers, and wool flannels. Each product page details the specific materials used.

Orders & Shipping

We hold stock of best sellers but make some orders on demand. This results in a 3-5 working day dispatch delay. During sales events, the lead-time may extend to 10 working days maximum, if we exceed this, you'll receive a 50% refund.

You'll receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, then an automated email with tracking information once your order ships.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for free (1-2 working days). Orders over £500 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance. EU and international orders ship via DHL Express.

Sizing & Alterations

Yes! For trousers, you can request specific inseam lengths by noting your preferences at checkout or emailing us. Please note that the refund policy is voided for custom alterations below standard length as items become non-resalable.

Each product page includes detailed measurements. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our size guide. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Returns & Exchanges

Shop with confidence knowing that we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We accept returns for refunds, store credit, and exchanges. Items must be in original, unworn condition in our recycled black garment bags.

Sale items are non-refundable. However, sizing exchanges and store credit are still available for sale purchases.

Returns take 3-5 working days after we receive them for inspection and processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Lifetime Guarantee

Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing defects and material faults. If your garment develops a fault due to workmanship or materials, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Email us at hello@glorydaysclo.com with photos of the issue and your original order details. Our team will assess the claim and arrange for repair or replacement.

The lifetime guarantee doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear such as fading from sunlight. However, we do offer repair services for these issues at a reasonable cost.
